After having a horrible experience at my local Audi dealer in Reading I stopped in Autohaus in Lancaster. I was greeted by Hernan who actually listened to what I told him. While I went in looking for an off lease Q7 I left in a 2025 Certified Q7. Hernan was professional the whole way, understood my needs and was very communicative throughout the process. I’d recommend him and Autohaus to anyone looking for an Audi.

Hernan assisted me with my first Audi purchase. A 2021 Audi A5 Cabriolet, red with black interior. It took 5 months for the car to arrive. He kept me posted through the whole process and assisted with a trade in before the Audi arrived. A knowledgeable salesman who makes the process very easy.!

received fantastic personal service from sales person, Hernan, as well as top notch service from everyone i met. from the fresh coffee to the spotless new car (love that smell) my first Audi experience was perfect! while inventory is low everywhere, they found a car almost exactly what i wanted. and they gave a great discount for the feature i was not looking for so overall price was better than i expected. never had to wait for any department. financing went great. even got a tour of the vintage cars!!!

We would rate these guys 10 stars ⭐️ If possible on here. Unfortunately our purchase fell through. But these dealership is top notch across the board. From the sales manager Jacob to George in Finance down to our salesman Anthony. They were courteous, understanding and beyond patient. Helpful and always responsive. Gave nearly every thing we wanted and then some. Id recommended them to my best friend. Terrific dealership. One of if not the best Audi dealership in the business. They can compete with anyone and will.
as an auto repair shop, I rely on other business's for parts dealers ect..After picking up my customers car for some work that I couldn't do, it still had the same problem,what a let down, plus the price wow. no apologies-just bring it back-no thanks. Complete incompetence

Hernan was super patient with us and made a much better deal than we ever got in Brooklyn NY. We got the exact car we wanted with everything we wanted inside. infact he said if it isn't here we will get it which is what they did they went out and found it and made the deal. I dropped off my car for an inspection, which it passed, including the tire inspection where they were checked for punctures. After Autohaus ran my car through their car wash I was informed that I had a flat tire. I just bought my tires a few weeks ago. Instead of being accountable for what happened when my car was in their shop and giving me a new tire they patched it. Worst customer service. LOST my business.

The buying process was sweet as pie. But when I got home to Westchester , N.Y. ( 200 miles away) I realized the cargo net was missing and the front license plate bracket (required in NYS) was the wrong one. Test drove a used 2014 Audi TT yesterday and loved it. When we went to close the deal I was told (by Steve) my loaded 2013 Toyota Tundra Double Cab Limited with 4400 miles was not worth what the leading automotive web sites (KBB, NADA) say it was by about $6000. Recently my Nissan 350Z needed some body work done to fix some damage on the door. I had heard great things about the bodyshop at Autohaus, and my insurance company worked with the dealership.
